BUJUTSU

                                                          THE SCIENCE OF WARFARE

Bujutsu is a term used to represent the overall military science of the Samurai warrior class and could be translated to mean, "war science." This encompasses the sea of Japanese military developments from the feudal age.

Most said developments have stemmed from real battlefield experiences and/ or in specialized schools where more refined studies of military discipline are conducted.

KONARA BUJUTSU IS NOT A COMPETITIVE SPORT, due to its combative nature.

Once an action has been decided on, there must not be a hair's breath between the thought and the attack.

It is essential of any battle and a fundamental rule in the martial discipline. At the time of the war of the domains, every strong lord always began his attack with an unexpected strike, which had been meticulously prepared.

When the moment for action has come, that action has to be powerfully decisive.

When engaged in combat, the vanquishing of one's enemy should be the warrior's only concern. Suppress and control all human emotion and compassion. Dispatch whoever stands in thy way, even if the gods or the lord of all demons should stand in your way, then they will perish.

This truth lies at the heart combat.
